As far as I can remember I have always been interested in healthcare and medicine. I remember being fascinated when I first learned how muscles worked and how these magnificent machines we call our bodies functioned. I knew at a young age I was going to work with people and their health; I just wasn’t exactly sure in what capacity. Not being intrigued at all with the standard approach of medicine and finding a “quick fix” for the symptom rather then removing the cause, I searched for a more natural and preventative method of treating dysfunction. I also desired to work closely with patients and to treat the entire person, thus having an impact on people’s lives and not just their pain. While in college I played basketball and after suffering a back injury during the season, I was sent to a chiropractor for treatment. I immediately knew I had found my calling. Coming from a family of six children and where working with your hands was more then just your trade, I was fascinated by the idea of “manual medicine” and hands on healthcare. I am so blessed to live a life where what I do is more then my occupation it is who I am. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your family; I consider myself a great listener and would feel privileged to work with you and those you love on whatever your health challenges might be.
