What to expect on your first visit to Landreth Chiropractic?
1. Quality patient care...period.
Simply put, we strive to provide a great patient experience while delivering the highest quality patient care. We work hard to provide an atmosphere conducive to a positive outcome and we take the time to listen and understand the issues you're having.
2. Health History, you will be asked to fill out some paperwork to gather your relevant information and what's going on with you. The New patient Packet can be downloaded and filled out prior to your appointment, otherwise please arrive and allow an additional 15 minutes prior to your designated appointment time to complete the requested forms.
3. After reviewing your health history and performing an exam along with any diagnostic testing, your physician will recommend a plan of care individualized to you and your needs.
4. Treatment, we do provide treatment on the same day of your initial visit.
5. Follow up... If necessary, the physician will recommend additional treatment along with any recommendations relevant to your health needs and to ensure a positive outcome.
